Initiate Your Request
Log into your MilitaryKart account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, including a copy of your packing slip or the RMA form inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
